Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Meet and greet potential buyers with courtesy and guidance maintaining a positive attitude and knowledge about the 'Dewey Home' philosophy. Maintain relationships with customers from sales process through production and closing. Be familiar with and accurately complete all necessary paperwork required to complete the sale of a new home, including agreements of sale, addendums, endorsements, etc. Ensure sales center is supplied at all times with brochures outlining current pricing, floor plans, specs. etc. Attend weekly Sales meeting prepared to discuss and analyze weekly prospect 'traffic' reports as well as competitive marketing analyses results. Ensure the Sales Center is open and staffed during the advertised hours. Maintain an attractive selling environment. Handle all customer questions and complaints during the construction process in a professional and courteous manner. Be proactive with the specific needs of each buyer as it relates to problems that may need to be resolved prior to settlement. Qualifications: Previous sales/marketing experience in the residential real estate industry. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Be multi-task oriented. Possess a professional appearance and courteous manner. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job in accordance with corporate requirements and professional business practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Possess a current active PA real estate license.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Ensure home sites are properly cleared and prepared for construction. • Inspect on a daily basis all phases of construction for quality, per published plans and established specifications. • Schedule, instruct, manage, motivate and inspect the quality of the jobs performed by subcontractors. • Maintain a clean, professional and organized jobsite to enable a smooth workflow. • Review each house prior to and during construction to ensure house is built in accordance with customer selections, architectural plans, contract specifications, plot plans and extras/change order. • Return customer calls/correspondence in a timely fashion and in accordance with Company policy. • Establish relationships and interface with all consultants and governing agencies and ensure compliance with current regulations. • Ensure the sales center is representative of the quality homes that Dewey delivers. • Maintain excellent customer relations by working closely with the sales team to answer questions and provide construction updates in order to provide the homebuyer with the home they really want – within prescribed limits. • Ensure no punch list item remain open at the end of each week. • Provide initial and on-going training to Assistant Superintendents to increase knowledge and skill level. • Attend weekly meetings with Project Manager and Sales Manager. Qualifications: • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job in accordance with corporate requirements and professional business practices. • Minimum of three (3) years extended education in Engineering or Construction Management background. (May be waived in lieu of completion of a formal trade apprenticeship and/or project superintendent experience). • Possess excellent organizational and motivational talents. • Possess the ability to communicate with honesty, integrity and accuracy with all personnel who visit the community (contractors, peers and customers). • Ability to read and understand plans. Residential construction industry experienced required.
